LOCATION:
Bannockburn is situated 5 km south of Cromwell in Central Otago. Great roads lead to the event from the West Coast (SH 6), Christchurch via the Lindis, Dunedin via the Pig Root or SH8, Invercargill via SH6 or the Southern Scenic Route.
FLY & HIRE A RIDE:
Nearest airport is Queenstown (or Wanaka) for those who want to fly down – limited bikes will be available to hire for 1 or more days to experience some of the riding events, and transfers to and from the airport will be available. Get in early for the hire bikes – see links page.
RIDE ALL THE WAY – INTERISLANDER:
For those travelling from the North Island, the Promo Code <to be confirmed> is available for travel on the Interislander. Date range is <YET to be confirmed> so you have flexible travel for your South Island journey and can include the Vincent County Rally and the Burt Munro Challenge. The Promo code is TBA and this will give you a 10% discount on the best available fare. Please make your reservation directly with the Interislander online at http://www.interislander.co.nz and put the code on the payment details page. Confirmed entry form (you will get an email from Bike Week if required) to be shown at check in or retail fares charged. It is best to bring your own Tie Downs when travelling on the Interislander.
